License Agreement Regarding Digital Products
This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee” or “User”) and Mercury (www.mercuryshop.net), the provider of digital products. By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital products from Mercury, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or download any digital products.
1. Definitions
- Digital Products: Refers to any downloadable items offered by Mercury, including but not limited to design templates, graphics, PDFs, WordPress plugins, and other digital files.
- License: Refers to the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital products in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
- User: Refers to any individual or entity that purchases, downloads, or uses the digital products provided by Mercury.
2. Grant of License
Upon your purchase and payment of the digital product, Mercury grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product in accordance with the following terms:
- Permitted Use: You may use the digital product for personal or commercial projects, including but not limited to:
- Modifying, editing, or incorporating the digital product into your own designs.
- Using the digital product in promotional materials or online platforms, provided that it is not redistributed or resold.
- Restrictions on Use: You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the digital product to third parties in any form.
- Use the digital product in a manner that is unlawful or violates the rights of any third party.
- Claim ownership of the digital product or any modifications made to it.
3. Payment and Delivery
- Payment: You agree to pay the full purchase price for the digital product at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the digital product. The download link will be provided in your order confirmation email.
4. No Return Policy
- Final Sale: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the download has been initiated or completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination
- Termination of License: This Agreement and the license granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you breach any of the terms and conditions stated herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the digital products and destroy any copies in your possession.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Goa.
9. Amendments to the Agreement
Mercury reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the digital products following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
